Generac Power Systems, a manufacturer of standby and portable power generators, this month launched a redesigned, customer-focused, interactive website. The site, www.generac.com, is designed to educate a variety of audiences, including consumers, business owners, engineers, contractors and dealers on the importance of reliable standby power generation and Generac’s product offering.
“The new Generac website is user-friendly and conveys that Generac is a brand you can count on,” said Clement Feng, executive vice president and chief marketing officer, Generac. “The website has enabled Generac to expand its consumer outreach program and better engage with current and future customers.”
The site is separated into six divisions — product overview, residential, commercial, industrial, portable and RV, providing end users with easy navigation through the site to find the generator that best fits their needs.
Generac dealers and trade partners can now access several password protected sites from the footer on any page of Generac.com. These sites include Generac’s dealer connection, GenConnect, Builder Alliance and My Generac — all of which provide Generac dealers with user-friendly resources 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Current generator owners can download operator manuals, and register their product to ensure they receive timely product updates and safety notification updates.
