MAD Marketing LLC last week announced that it has helped redesign the new Fundamentalrental.com website launched earlier this year, including the addition of a strategic alliance with CareerBuilder, the largest online employment website in the United States, to power its new online job search center.
“We have gained a great deal of insight during the first six months that we have used to redesign the Fundamentalrental.com experience,” said Mike Disser, owner/president of MAD Marketing LLC. The website now features more than 2,000 rental equipment locations with more being added each day.
The relationship with CareerBuilder will expand Fundamentalrental.com's comprehensive set of tools and resources designed to assist visitors from the rental community. By clicking the "Jobs" link on Fundamentalrental.com's navigation bar, visitors looking for work will have instant access to thousands of job postings. The CareerBuilder engine will also enable employers to quickly post jobs when they are hiring. Visitors will also be able to find employment-related articles that explore the topics of job search and strategy, career management, hiring trends and workplace issues.
“Fundamentalrental.com was specifically designed for people to tap into and benefit from a community of professionals dedicated exclusively to the equipment rental industry,” said Disser. “The website is free to all visitors, users and rental industry suppliers.”
Disser, a 13-year veteran of the rental industry, has been working with New York-based private equity company Diamond Castle, as a consultant to help design and develop the Fundamentalrental.com website.

Founded in 2004 by five senior investment professionals from DLJ Merchant Banking Partners, Diamond Castle invests in a wide variety of transaction structures, including leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, growth capital and equity-like investments in both public and private companies.
