Husqvarna

Husqvarna introduces two new attachments for the K3000 line of electric power cutters — the K3000 dust reducer and the WT 15 water tank. The K3000 dust reducer (pictured) easily attaches to the K3000 Vac power cutter to minimize dust while sawing. When the dust reducer is detached, the blade guard features a hose attachment for a convenient way to wet cut. The WT water tank holds enough water to cut continuously for 20 minutes before refilling.

Makita

Makita offers a line-up of high-power grinders that are equipped with 10 or more amps for demanding applications, and are suited for professional users including welders, fabricators, plumbers, masons, electricians, stone and tile workers and HVAC. The Model 9564PC (pictured) features SJS technology, which links the motor armature and spiral bevel gear by a coil spring. If the grinding wheel should accidentally catch or bind, the coil spring relaxes and disengages the gears from the motor. As the grinding wheel stops, the gears and motor are protected.

Bosch

Bosch introduces the RH228VC Bulldog Xtreme Max Rotary Hammer, which drills holes up to 1 1/8-inch diameter. Stihl

Stihl introduces the TS 410 A and TS 420 A (pictured) Cutquik cut-off machines with the electronic water control feature. The EWC features a conveniently mounted key pad, which allows the operator to easily adjust the flow of water while cutting, and remembers the last setting that was used. When using this feature, the flow of water stops at idle speed and starts again automatically when the throttle is engaged. The TS Rental Kit is an optional accessory that provides an onboard location to keep all necessary tools and accessories with the Cutquik for easy access and to help avoid loss.
