The hammer mechanism from Bosch’s new Brute Breaker Hammer BH2760VC provides up to 60-percent more impact energy than its predecessor 11304, while reducing vibration levels up to 50 percent, the company says. Weighing 65 pounds, the unit delivers up to 68 foot pounds of impact energy. Using patented Active Vibration Control technology, Bosch has a longer air cushion built-in to the hammer mechanism to reduce vibration levels at the source.
