Electric Eel offers its new eCAM Ace-M pipeline inspection camera system now with a smaller camera. The system features a stainless-steel-housed, 1.23-inch diameter color camera for inspecting 1 ½- to 4-inch lines, and negotiates 2-inch plastic P-traps and 1 ½ inch, 90-degree bends. A 5.4-inch LCD monitor with AR film optimizes viewing in sunlight and is encased in an anodized aluminum housing mounted to the reel. Other features include a protective acrylic, anti-glare monitor shield; video output jack for recording option; a portable, powder-coated steel frame; 125 feet of Kevlar-braided ½-inch diameter push rod; and a secure-locking reel brake.

The units come with a 7-inch LCD color monitor protected by a padded case and mounted on a flexible gooseneck that swivels for adjustable viewing angle. The full-size Gen-Eye POD features a self-leveling camera and 200 feet of Gel-Rod for troubleshooting 3- to 10-inch drain lines. The MINI-POD carries 125 feet or 175 feet of push rod and the color mini camera is small enough to troubleshoot 2- to 4-inch lines. A video-out connection lets the user record on an external device.
