Fabick Cat last month became an official supplier of Terex/O&K hydraulic mining excavators, effective immediately. Fabick Cat will supply the RH40 to RH400 model sizes in conjunction with its current line of Caterpillar excavators, and will cover the same territory for Terex/O&K as it does for Caterpillar.

Fabick is the Caterpillar dealer for 61 counties in Missouri, 36 counties in mid- and southern Illinois, and a county each in Oklahoma and Kansas.

Because of their size, the Terex/O&K excavators will be custom built per customer order. The excavators feature patented TriPower technology. The 1,000-ton RH400 is the world’s largest hydraulic excavator with recorded bucket payloads of up to 100 tons, Fabick officials said.

Based in Fenton, Mo., Fabick Cat also has locations in Jefferson City, Columbia, Springfield, Joplin, West Plains, Cape Girardeau and Foristell, Mo., and Salem, Marion and Metropolis, Ill. Fabick has a significant rental division and is No. 73 on the RER 100.
