Talbert Manufacturing Hires Controller

Talbert Manufacturing, a manufacturer of specialized heavy-haul trailers and transportation equipment, has hired Aaron Hickman as its controller. He is responsible for maintaining, tracking and reporting the company’s financial data.

Talbert Manufacturing, a manufacturer of specialized heavy-haul trailers and transportation equipment, has hired Aaron Hickman as its controller. He is responsible for maintaining, tracking and reporting the company’s financial data.

Hickman has 15 years of experience in the manufacturing industry and 26 years of accounting-related experience overall. Most recently, he was the senior financial analyst at the Sealy Inc. Components Group in Rensselaer, Ind., where the company manufactures mattresses and bedsprings. At Sealy, he was responsible for financial reporting, monthly variance analyses, consolidation of operating budgets for three plants, and corporate cost accounting support. “Aaron brings a solid background and very applicable experience to managing Talbert’s financial well being,” said Talbert president Andy Tanner. “More than that, he has a strong drive to contribute to our success.”
