Suwanee, Ga.-based Doosan Infracore America last week announced the promotion of Michael Stanley to the position of vice president and chief operating officer for Doosan Infracore America Construction Equipment.

“Doosan’s philosophy is to identify and cultivate innovative people throughout our companies,” said HS Lee, president of Doosan Infracore America. “Michael is evidence of this global mission. He has a proven knowledge of the construction industry and we’re looking forward to Michael and his team further increasing Doosan’s brand awareness and market share in North America.”

Stanley has worked for Doosan Infracore America Construction Equipment for the past two years as the general manager of the Lift Truck and Construction Parts Operation. “Doosan already has a strong partnership with its customers,” said Stanley. “Our team has an opportunity to go to the next level with products and services as the company advances into a market leadership position. Whatever we do, our major focus must be on making our company as easy to do business with as possible.”

Doosan Infracore America is responsible for all North American sales, service, and technical support for Doosan heavy construction equipment, compact equipment and lift trucks.
