Manitowoc Crane Group last week named Rick Mojica manager of customer service for the company’s National boom truck line, and Chris Patterson manager of field service for the company’s Grove products. Both will report to Keith Crider, director of customer service at the company’s Shady Grove, Pa., headquarters.

Mojica will manage the day-to-day functions of service, parts, warranty, and field support as well as the office staff of the boom truck rapid response team, part of the Manitowoc Crane CARE aftermarket division of MCG. Mojica previously served as product service manager for Grove products. Before that, he worked in manufacturing as senior production leader overseeing final assembly of the rough-terrain and truck crane lines.

Prior to his promotion, Patterson worked to build, develop and manage Manitowoc’s rapid response team for the National Crane boom truck products. Now Patterson will oversee the field service staff of Grove’s truck-mounted, rough-terrain, industrial and all-terrain mobile hydraulic crane lines.
