Komatsu America Corp. consolidated its two Chicago-area offices and relocated the company headquarters to Continental Towers in Rolling Meadows, Ill., a northwest suburb of Chicago. The new headquarters houses more than 300 Komatsu employees and was celebrated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony July 20.

“The international business environment of Rolling Meadows made it an excellent choice for our headquarters in the Americas region,” said Komatsu America Corp. CEO Dave Grzelak. “We selected Rolling Meadows because it was also important that we find a site that would be a convenient mid-point for our employees as we integrated our offices.”

Komatsu’s 15-year lease is for more than 105,000 square feet.
