McConnellsburg, Pa.-based JLG Industries has laid off 23 additional production workers at its plant in Oakes, N.D., leaving about 60 workers remaining.
The company has now cut nearly 104 jobs at the North Dakota plant because of the economic downturn and the lull in construction activity.
