Esco Corp. Acquires Trans Equipment

Esco Corp., a manufacturer of wear parts and attachments for the mining and construction industries, has acquired the assets of Trans Equipment, a full-line equipment and supply company for the mining, construction and industrial markets.

Esco Corp., a manufacturer of wear parts and attachments for the mining and construction industries, has acquired the assets of Trans Equipment, a full-line equipment and supply company for the mining, construction and industrial markets.

Trans offers ground-engaging tools for mining machinery and a variety of items used in construction, plant operation and maintenance.

Esco is based in Portland, Ore. Trans has locations in Casper, Rock Springs and Gillette, Wyo.
