DII Attachments Announces Changes to Customer Service Team

DII Attachments last week announced the relocation of the Tramac and Geith customer service teams, formerly located in Philadelphia, and Petersburg, Va., to a new state-of-the-art facility in Statesville, N.C. The new team combines the experience and knowledge of both Tramac and Geith, bringing a variety of industry knowledge.

The new team combines the experience and knowledge of both Tramac and Geith, bringing a variety of industry knowledge.

Co-located with the management, marketing and manufacturing teams in Statesville, N.C., DII Attachments is committed to providing its customers with the highest level of customer service.

Catherine Lavis, customer service manager, relocated to Statesville, N.C., from Philadelphia, where she had managed the team for the last three years. Lavis has a proven track record in managing customer service and distribution teams in a manufacturing environment.

Melissa Leger relocated from Geith in Petersburg, Va. She brings more than 5 years of construction attachment knowledge including 2 years with Geith.

To complete the team, DII Attachments introduces Randy Hager, Danielle Henning, Jody Engelhardt and John Nelson. Hager comes to DII Attachments with a background in distribution and logistics management. Henning and Engelhardt, together, bring 15 years of experience working in customer service, and Nelson comes to DII with more than 20 years of construction industry experience.
