“Serving the rental industry for such a long time, we have heard some incredibly frustrating stories from businesses who are not having much success with their rental software, or are not happy with their help desk support,” said Ray Bonestroo, president of Genisys. “We thought that this would be a great opportunity to reward a rental business who has had a bad experience with software, and give them a chance to make a fresh start. Rich Qualmann fit the bill perfectly, having had two different rental management software packages — with the most recent package having not been supported for the past several years.

Genisys Software develops innovative software solutions for the rental industry, featuring its new real-time Windows Mobile-based smart phone and GlobalTRACS by Qualcomm interfaces.
