Strongco to Build Fort McMurray Branch

Snorkel Expands U.K. and U.S. Workforces 

Snorkel is hiring assembly workers and expanding its apprentice program at its Vigo Centre headquarters in Washington, Tyne & Wear, U.K., after a period of downsizing during the recession, the company said. The Vigo Centre factory exports more than 95 percent of its production to Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and the Pacific Rim. The facility is also Snorkel’s global headquarters, with satellite factories in the United States, China and New Zealand....

Sunbelt Rentals Posts 25-Percent Revenue Increase for Fiscal Nine Months; Operating Profit Leaps 78 Percent 

Sunbelt Rentals posted 25-percent revenue boost for the nine-month period ended Jan. 31, according to unaudited results filed by U.K.-based parent company Ashtead plc. Nine-month revenues for Sunbelt were $1.13 billion, compared with $903.7 million for the same period a year ago. EBITDA was $416.5 million, compared with $298 million a year ago, a 39.7-percent leap, while operating profit climbed 78.2 percent from $128.4 million for the first nine months of fiscal 2011 to $228.8 million this year....

Ahern Rentals Approved for Final DIP Financing

CTS Owner Tom Coble Killed in Plane Crash
