RSC Prices Senior Unsecured Notes 

RSC Equipment Rental said last week that it has priced an offering of $400 million aggregate principal amount of 10 percent senior secured notes due 2017. Sunbelt Revenue Drops; Ashtead CEO Predicts Further Consolidation 

Sunbelt Rentals posted total 2009 fiscal year revenue of $1.45 billion for the year ended March 31, a 10.8 percent revenue drop, parent company Ashtead plc announced last week. EBITDA for the year was $500.4 million, compared with $598.9 million in the previous fiscal year, a 16.4 percent drop, while operating profit decreased from $330.9 million in fiscal 2008 to $241.8 million in fiscal 2009, a 26.9 percent decline....

JCB to Sell $820,000 in Light Equipment to Dutch Rental Company

Belgium-based Sarens Group, a rental company specializing in crane rental with branches around the globe, has acquired Rigging International, based in Alameda, Calif. RI, founded in 1969, is a major player in the heavy lift rigging and heavy haul transport industries, with offices in southern California, New Jersey, Ohio, Montana and Tokyo. ARA Alters Schedule for 2010 Rental Show 

The American Rental Association has altered its schedule for The Rental Show to be held in Orlando, Fla., next year.
