Terex Agrees to Sell Atlas Heavy Construction and Crane Lines
Terex Corp. announced this week that it has entered into an agreement to divest the Terex Atlas heavy construction equipment group, located in Ganderkesee, Germany, and knuckle-boom crane and related components businesses, which have operations in Vechta and Delmenhorst, Germany. Also included in the transaction are the sales and service business located in Bradford, U.K., and the Terex minority ownership position in the Atlas Chinese joint venture....
Sunbelt Q3 Revenue Declines 33 Percent
Sunbelt Rentals rental revenue for the first nine months of its fiscal year ended Jan. 31, declined 28 percent compared with the same period a year ago, posting $759.6 million. Total revenue for the period was $821.3 million, compared with $1.184 billion for the same period a year ago, a 30.6-percent drop....
Trekker Tractor to Represent Case in Florida
CNH Global has assembled an investor group to sell its Case-branded equipment in Florida beginning in May, the Wall Street Journal reported this week. The investment group will help the company rebuild its dealer network in the Southeast. CNH Global has been without Case dealers in Florida, the Carolinas and Georgia since January, when Briggs Equipment closed down its Case dealerships in Florida, the Carolinas and Georgia, the Journal said....
