GREENSBORO, N.C. — Caterpillar dealers Carolina Cat, Gregory Poole Equipment and Blanchard Machinery acquired Arrow Equipment, the Blaw-Knox, Hypac and Lull dealer for North Carolina.

Arrow Equipment will retain its name and become the authorized dealer for the Carolinas for Cat Paving Products focused on selling and supporting Caterpillar's line of asphalt pavers, rollers and related attachments.

The transition in North Carolina was effective March 1. In South Carolina, Blanchard will remain the authorized dealer for Cat Paving Products through the next three months and will begin the transition of Arrow into that territory effective June 1. Ninety-day plans have been put in place at each dealership to smoothly transition sales, parts and service needs to the new dealer.
