BRIDGEVILLE, Pa. — Equipro, a subsidiary of Wacker, recently opened a new franchise in Norfolk, Mass., a suburb of Boston.

Dan and Cindy Gardner are the owners of the new franchise location. Veterans of the equipment industry, the Gardners have been in the equipment dealership business since 1970.

“With my experience in outdoor power equipment sales and repair, I know customer support to contractors means more than just a good operations manual,” said Dan Gardner. “A contractor wants a strong service network, readily available parts, a person to talk with when he has a maintenance question, and on-the-job help in overcoming technical problems.”

Equipro focuses on providing owners of light construction equipment with prompt, high-quality repair service, fast turnaround times and professional on-site support through a nationwide service alliance of original equipment manufacturing partners. Equipro services some of the most commonly used equipment in the light construction industry, up to 2.5 tons in weight, including concrete chain saws, pressure washers, portable air compressors, pneumatic tools, floor saws, rammers, vibraplates, rollers, generators and pumps.

Certified technicians are trained by manufacturing partners such as ICS, Mi-T-M, MK Diamond, Sullair, Lincoln Electric and Wacker. Equipro also services engines and provides authorized full-service repair, parts and warranty support for Briggs & Stratton, Kohler, Robin Subaru, and Wacker-powered equipment.
