Swedish rental company Stavdal AB has acquired Rentex AB, also a Swedish equipment rental company. Stavdal rents aerial and construction equipment and has four locations in Gothenburg and Malmö.
Rentex, founded in 2005, has three facilities in Gothenburg and one in Malmö. The company was founded in 2005 by Ulf Krantz and Magnus Andersson, renting construction and aerial equipment. Krantz and Andersson will continue as Stavdal executives.
The acquisition strengthens Stavdal AB’s position in the Swedish rental market.
