NES Rentals has signed a contract to implement rentalresult’s Customer Relationship Management software in its 80 United States locations.

The plan is to begin by piloting rentalresult’s Customer Relationship Management module in several regions before rolling it out to the entire NES Rentals sales team.

“The implementation of a corporate CRM system is a fundamental part of our customer service efforts and growth strategy,” said Ananda Rakhit, NES’ chief information officer.

Before adding Chicago-based NES to its stable of customers, rentalresult contracted with Asheville, S.C.-based Volvo Rents and Wolseley UK. NES has not committed to additional software besides the CRM module.

The Result Group has U.K. offices in Elland, West Yorkshire, England, with North American headquarters in Tempe, Ariz. NES Rentals is No. 7 on the RER 100.
