Rental power module
Caterpillar introduces the multi-voltage, sound-attenuated XQ600 rental power module. Powered by the Cat C18 diesel engine with ACERT technology, the package meets Environmental Protection Agency Tier-2 emissions standards for non-road mobile applications. The unit features a compact, four-stroke-cycle diesel engine that can be operated on a variety of fuels. The engine is equipped with an air-to-air after cooler and a 45-amp charging alternator. It can provide either 208, 240 or 480 volts to accommodate site-specific operation needs.
