Orion Software announces its latest innovation for the Sirius Pro Rental and Inventory Management Software, the Scenario Management Module, which allows users to create subsets of products to offer based on specific potential usage required by clients, in the desired order, and grouped into marketing themes. For example, scenarios could be built based on the type, the size, or the budget of an event. The idea is to bring salespersons into a scenario with the customer, so that they present only relevant products to their customers, as well as cover the whole spectrum of projects. This is an advanced tool to help salespersons be more efficient by passing through a complete questionnaire linked to the specific end-usage requirements. Users can create as many scenarios as they desire based on venue locations, type of usage, budget or any factors influencing the sales process.
