The JLG E-600 Series electric boomlifts produce zero emissions allowing them to be used indoors or outdoors. Other “green” features of these eco-friendly machines include catalytic mufflers designed to remove 98 percent of exhaust impurities, direct electric drive that reduces the use of hydraulic oils and eliminates potential leak points, a powder-coated paint that is applied without emissions of volatile organic compounds typical of solvent-borne coatings, and the availability of fully synthetic- or vegetable-based biodegradable fluids.
