Alert Management Systems features new Internet-based capabilities. The Alert Dashboard provides a new main menu that is customizable by store and by end user to provide instant access to Alert EasyPro and any other application that can be accessed via Internet browser. The Web Links area launches websites or web-based applications instantly. The Favorites area accesses hundreds of Alert reports, formatted to display in a web browser, Excel spreadsheet or other Windows applications. The Web Orders tab features the ability to detect and convert orders into Alert EasyPro from any website shopping cart program without retyping. The Forward View tab displays key performance indicators in graphical formats. On-screen alerts highlight out-of-tolerance indicators and hyper-link to detailed source reports. Views are selectable by the end-user based on role in the company, category, store view or company view.
