General Equipment introduces the FCS5 Rip-R-Stripper hand-held floor-covering scraper that is electric-powered and is designed for work in smaller, confined areas. The FCS5 removes carpet, tile, linoleum and mastics and features a 5-inch cutting width. The unit cuts at 2,500 oscillations per minute and operates on a standard 115-volt power source and a 1.2-hp electric motor.
