Rebar tier

Wacker Neuson’s DF rebar tier allows operators to tie up to 1,000 knots per hour, compared to 400 kph using conventional pliers. The DF 16 is designed to improve operator comfort by enabling he or she to work in an upright position. The tier creates a tighter knot and each tie is secured without cutting, eliminating costly site cleanup. Besides relieving back strain, the DF 16 eliminates the turning/twisting motion of the wrist, which can cause carpal tunnel syndrome.
