Diesel-driven generator

Yanmar offers its YDG diesel-driven generators for continuous or stand-by power applications. The smallest unit in this series, the YDG2700, weighs 141 pounds and has an output of 2.5 kW. The mid-size YDG3700 (pictured) weighs 181 pounds, has an output of 3.7 kW and is powered by the L70V6-GY series engine. The YDG5500 is the largest unit, weighing 243 pounds and offering an output of 5.5 kW. An open-frame structure makes the units easy to handle.
