Wacker Neuson’s new diaphragm pump line offers mud-slurry pumping and seepage control, handling solids up to 1.75 inches and up to 25-percent solids by volume. The PD pump series includes heavier walled castings, hardened gears with deeper cuts for less slippage and breakage potential compared with previous models. The company upgraded key components such as the crank arm and wheel mounts to tough ductile iron compared with previously used steel. Larger, wider tires are designed to improve weight distribution.
