The new Caterpillar 904H compact wheel loader offers 52 net hp and an operating weight of 9,900 pounds. The new loader, which replaces the 904B, features a new engine, new axles, articulated steering, two-speed hydrostatic drive, Z-bar loader linkage, a universal coupler and a new operator’s station. Designed for reduced exhaust emissions, the 904H uses the turbocharged MHI S4Q2 diesel engine, which meets Interim Tier 4 regulations.
