The Concrete Industry Management program last week released an updated list of items for the sixth annual auction at the World of Concrete in Las Vegas, Jan. 18-21. The CIM Auction is scheduled for Thursday, Jan. 20, in the North Hall Room N262 of the Las Vegas Convention Center. The silent auction will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and the live auction begins at 1 p.m.
"The concrete industry has responded in a big way," said Brian Gallagher, CIM marketing committee chairman. "In addition to our signature item, the Mack Truck equipped with an 11 cubic-yard McNeilus Co. Bridgemaster mixer, we have a wide range of items including: cement, equipment, materials, services, software, concrete products, and sports and travel packages. There really is something for everyone."
According to CIM auction committee chairman, Peter Brewin, the World of Concrete show management, Hanley Wood Publications, Concrete Producer Magazine, Mack Truck, McNeilus Co., and Ritchie Brothers Auctioneers have been instrumental in preparing for the auction.

The CIM program is a business intensive program that awards students with a four-year Bachelor of Science degree in Concrete Industry Management.
