Bobcat Co. introduced its 700-platform skid-steer loaders, compact track loaders and all-wheel steer loaders at the World of Concrete last week.

The new M-Series 700 platform loaders replace the current K-Series models S250, S300, S330, T300, T320 and A300.

New machines include the S750 and S770 skid-steer loaders, the T750 and T770 compact track loaders, and the A770 all-wheel steer loader. All 700 platform machines feature vertical lift path arms and a height-to-hinge pin measurement of 132 inches, a 3.5-inch improvement compared to the K-series loaders. The machines feature 23 gallons per minute standard hydraulic flow — 11-percent more than the K-Series.

Bobcat also introduced its BLR2 laser receiver, available as an option on 600, 700 and 800 platform M-Series compact track loaders.

Laser control on Bobcat attachments can be automatic or by indication, where the operator looks at arrows to determine the direction of the blade. With the newly designed instrumentation panel, the operator is given a number telling him to the tenth of an inch how much material needs to be removed or added for grade. The panel allows the operator to make changes to the grade from inside the cab.
