United Rentals last week announced that it acquired High Reach Equipment Services llc. The company has one aerial equipment branch in Norcross, Ga., and annual revenues of approximately $11 million.

“High Reach’s operation is ideally positioned to complement our branch network in the northern metropolitan area of Atlanta,” said Matthew Flannery, vice president – aerial east region for United Rentals. “The acquisition enhances our ability to share equipment and provide expert solutions to customers there.”

Greenwich, Conn.-based United Rentals is No. 1 on the RER 100. It has an integrated network of more than 760 rental locations in 48 states, 10 Canadian provinces and Mexico.
