Stallion Makes Acquisitions, Expands Internationally
Stallion Oilfield Services last week completed the acquisition of La Mission Rentals, Odessa, Texas, adding more than 90 workforce accommodation units and related equipment to its existing fleet. Stallion also announced the acquisition of Suttee Enterprises in Maysville, Okla., a supplier of surface rental equipment used in oilfield operations. The company’s operations will be integrated into Stallion’s existing business in Elk City, Okla.
Stallion also formed Stallion Offshore International B.V., a new business unit to be headquartered in Beverijk, Holland, strategically located to take advantage of the resurgence in the North Sea and other offshore markets.
Stallion provides wellsite support services and construction and logistic services to oilfield facilities, with more than 1,500 employees in 35 locations. Its services include onshore and offshore workforce accommodations, surface rental equipment, solids control, communication services, site construction, rig relocation and heavy equipment hauling. Stallion is based in Houston.
