Stallion Oilfield Services recently acquired G&N Rentals, based in Bowman, N.D. G&N is a leading provider of surface rental equipment to the North Dakota and Montana oilfields.

The company also completed its acquisition of Erlandson Construction Co., located in Gainesville, Texas. In addition to providing wellsite construction for drilling operations in the Fort Worth basin, Erlandson operates a rock quarry.

Stallion provides wellsite support services and construction and logistic services to the oilfield. Based in Houston, it has 32 locations and delivers products and services in South Texas, the Gulf Coast, Arkansas, Louisiana, Rocky Mountain regions and the global offshore industry. Its rental fleet includes forklifts, aerial work platforms, generators, backhoes, air compressors, pumps and more.
