Jim Reagan, former president of the Texas Rental Association and former owner of Taylor Rental in Mesquite, Texas, has joined On-Board Communications as national rental account manager to grow the company’s newly launched products and services for managing, protecting and tracking rental equipment.

OBC recently introduced the OBC9000 unit to help dealers and rental companies manage their property more efficiently and cost-effectively. The GPS device’s AssetTraks software uses tracking technology design to provide immediate location on demand, street-level mapping, customized distance parameters, starter interrupt, hardware start/stop, GPS start/stop and stolen mode reporting.

Reagan, who has more than 20 years experience in the equipment rental industry, will be responsible for sales to rental companies.
