National Trench Safety, a Houston-based company specializing in the rental and sales of trench- and traffic-safety equipment, as well as OSHA-compliant training classes, last week announced the opening of a branch in Conroe, Texas, about 50 miles north of Houston. The branch is the company’s fifth Texas location.

“Conroe is located in Montgomery County, on the north side of Houston,” said Ron Chilton, NTS president. “Montgomery County is one of the fastest-growing areas in the Southwest and our new branch should be well-positioned to service this growing and dynamic market area.”

Wayne Bowling, a veteran of more than 20 years of direct experience in the trench and traffic safety industry, will manage the new facility. “Wayne has been the assistant branch manager for our large Houston operation for some time and has a long and successful track record with NTS,” said Chilton.

NTS has additional branches in California, Arizona and Louisiana.
