Hertz Equipment Rental Corporation (HERC) will celebrate the grand re-openings of its Arden, N.C., and Fresno, Calif., general rental facilities this week.

The Arden, N.C., event will take place June 8, at the store between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., and will showcase the facility’s new showroom and 3-acre lot. The Fresno, Calif., re-opening event will take place at the store between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., and will showcase the facility’s new 1,000-square-foot showroom. Both locations feature a newly expanded product line, which includes small tools, equipment and contractors’ supplies.

As part of Hertz’s commitment to expand services available for small to medium-sized contractors and homeowners, the re-opened locations offer a broad range of products, including lawn mowers, floor sanders and buffers, trenchers, paint sprayers, ladders, pumps and scaffolding. In addition to the newly expanded product line, HERC Arden still offers a wide assortment of construction and industrial equipment from manufacturers such as Case, Genie, Ingersoll-Rand, JLG, John Deere, Wacker and Stihl. Equipment is available to rent or buy. It also has specialty divisions for large pumps, compressors, generators and trench shoring equipment. HERC Fresno also offers truck rentals ranging from F150s to 15-ton crane trucks.

At the grand re-openings, vendor demonstrations and literature will be available, free lunch will be catered and giveaways will be provided on-site while supplies last. HERC Arden has served the western North Carolina area for 10 years. HERC Fresno, which originally opened in 1994, serves Fresno, Madera, Kings and Tulare counties.
