Yerington, Nev.-based Greene Valley Rentals recently opened a branch in Fallon, Nev., the company’s second location.

Owners Kurt and Nancy Werner opened their first location in 2005. Kurt Werner has 26 years in the equipment business, working for years with Komatsu Equipment in Reno, Nev. His initial rental industry experience was with Sacramento, Calif.-based River City Rentals, and, according to a report in the Reno Gazette-Journal, Werner enjoyed the experience so much he named his company after River City’s former owner John Greene.

Greene Valley Rentals is a general rental company focusing on homeowner and contractor equipment, with a particular emphasis on earthmoving equipment such as dump trailers, mini-excavators, ride-on rollers, skid-steer loaders and tractors with attachments, as well as water wagons, trenchers and scissorlifts.

Greene Valley Rentals is open seven days a week.
