Foley Inc., the authorized Caterpillar dealer in North New Jersey, Staten Island and Bermuda, has hired Bill Vanscoy as rental services account manager and promoted Warren Gonzalez to the position of heavy construction account manager.

Vanscoy began his rental industry career with United Rentals as a rental coordinator and was promoted to outside sales representative, before working for another Caterpillar dealer as a rental/compact construction equipment sales representative. His territory will include Mercer, Somerset and Hunterdon counties.

Gonzalez began his Caterpillar career with Carter Machinery in Virginia, and later worked for H.O. Penn, Caterpillar dealer in New York.

Foley is based in Piscataway, N.J.
