Finning International last week named Juan Carlos Villegas president, Finning South America. Villegas, who will be responsible for Caterpillar’s operations in Chile, Argentina, Bolivia and Uruguay, previously served as vice president, power systems for Finning Canada, and, prior to that, vice president, operations for Finning Chile, and vice president mining for Finning South America.

Brian Bell, currently president of Finning, South America, will assume the role of executive vice president, corporate strategy and customer solutions, responsible for enhancing the effectiveness, efficiency and profitability of Finning’s growing global parts and service business, as well as corporate strategy. Before his South America assignment, Bell was executive vice president, customer support services for Finning International.

Finning is the world’s largest Caterpillar dealership, and, at No. 16, is the highest-ranking Caterpillar dealership on the RER 100.
