Chase and Julie Darrah recently opened their second equipment and tool rental location in Washington, Mo. The husband and wife owners opened their first location in Sullivan, Mo., about three years ago.

The new location will serve contractor, industrial and homeowner customers with a fleet that includes power washers, generators, skid-steer-loaders, mini-excavators and aerial lift equipment.

Chase has more than 15 years in the construction equipment business, having spent 13 years as a salesman for Ditch Witch prior to opening his first rental store.

Between its two locations, the company has 10 employees.
