Ft. Lauderdale, Fla-based NationsRent last week announced that it will give away its own custom rigid chopper as part of its “Get the Ride of Your Life” OCC Chopper Sweepstakes.

NationsRent partnered with famed Orange County Choppers of the “American Choppers” television series to create a custom bike styled to fully embody the spirit of the new NationsRent. The result was a 150-hp machine, equipped with custom paint, exhaust, and wheels meant to evoke the rough and tumble of the construction industry. For the past two years, the NationsRent chopper has traveled across the United States, making special appearances at trade shows, NationsRent stores and various events.

Beginning May 1, 2006 through Dec. 31, 2006, persons can register at all NationsRent store locations, as well as on a custom website, chopper.nationsrent.com, for a chance to win the bike. No purchase is necessary to win, the company said. The winner will be chosen by random drawing in January 2007.

NationsRent is No. 6 on the RER 100.
