Torrance, Calif.-based MK Diamond Products, a manufacturer of construction power tools for the tile, stone, concrete and masonry industries, last week announced that it acquired Canoga Equipment, a division of Southeast Construction Supply based in South El Monte, Calif.

Since 1945, Canoga Equipment has been manufacturing professional-grade mixers and construction equipment. Engineered with heavy-duty, gauge-steel-reinforced mixing drums, extra-durable paddles, and open-bowl gussets, specially designed to assure the easy, fast flow of material.

The acquisition of Canoga Equipment strengthens MK Diamond’s position in the masonry market and creates new prospects for expansion in the rental and construction supply marketplace. The deal represents a major opportunity for MK Diamond Products to advance its leadership in the construction power tools industry, the company says.
