JLG Industries appoints Israel Celli to vice president of international sales, marketing and customer support. Also, the company promoted Wayne MacDonald to senior vice president of engineering and Philip Rehbein senior vice president of finance. Additionally, JLG named Kevin Ramsburg to managing director of North America for Access Financial Solutions.

Celli continues to be responsible for all international sales, sales support, marketing and service operations for Europe, Asia/Pacific, Latin America and developing markets. Celli joined JLG in 2000 as general manager of Latin America and was subsequently named vice president of international sales in 2001.

MacDonald is responsible for product development engineering and continues to oversee the development activities associated with advanced technology, applications engineering, reliability engineering, design analysis, industrial design and CAD systems. With nearly 25 years of product experience and a proven record of engineering accomplishments with JLG, he is credited with leading the development teams in the past that brought us such highly acclaimed products as the 600 Series of boom lifts, the new family of electric boom lifts and, more recently, the Concept 2000 hydrogen-fuel cell-powered boom lift.

Rehbein joined the company in 1997 as corporate controller, having been promoted to vice president and corporate controller in 1998 and to vice president and general manager of Gradall in 2000.

Most recently, Ramsburg served as director of operations for AFS. Prior to joining JLG in November 2000, he worked for Grove Worldwide as director of treasury and financial services.
