LONG BEACH, Calif. — Wynne Systems, developer of one of the rental industry's leading rental management software systems, recently integrated its RentalMan system with e-FleetPro, SmartEquip's online parts-ordering and product-support system.

John Bureau, Wynne's vice president of operations said the relationship would allow Wynne to extend its technology and business application expertise “beyond the counter and into the parts and service support side of these businesses.”

SmartEquip's e-FleetPro is a single source for manufacturer service documentation and electronic commerce transactions, delivering continually updated product information to rental branches including intelligent schematics, pricing, diagnostics, service manuals and equipment specifications. The integration to Wynne Systems includes a secure pipeline for streamlined order placement, concurrently creating a RentalMan purchase order and transmitting the order data to the manufacturer without re-keying or duplication.

“Our strength is addressing some of the most pressing issues in the parts and service departments of fleet operators,” said Alex Schuessler, SmartEquip president and CEO. “Wynne Systems' success at major rental companies like Hertz, RSC, Sunbelt, Sunstate and United Rentals speaks to their ability to create value for their customers. With e-FleetPro, we're creating new parts, service and process efficiencies to reduce cost and increase utilization.”
