Volvo Signs Canadian Rental Franchises

ASHEVILLE, N.C. Volvo Construction Equipment Rents signed franchise agreements for new Volvo equipment rental centers in Grande Prairie and Rocky Mountain

ASHEVILLE, N.C. — Volvo Construction Equipment Rents signed franchise agreements for new Volvo equipment rental centers in Grande Prairie and Rocky Mountain House, Alberta, Canada.

Extreme Rentals Inc. entered into a Volvo CE Rents franchise agreement to own and operate independent Volvo CE Rents centers in Grande Prairie.

Rocky Rentals, Rocky Mountain House, Alberta, entered into a Volvo CE Rents franchise agreement to own and operate independent Volvo CE Rents centers in Rocky Mountain House. The new equipment rental center is the second Volvo CE Rents rental franchise in Alberta and the third under contract in Canada. Principal owners of the new franchise are Clayton Ness and Douglas Baumann.

The Volvo CE Rents program covers all aspects of an operating rental business model and was designed and developed by Volvo Construction Equipment Rents. Program features include use of the Volvo brand, financial assistance, a fleet purchasing program for non-Volvo products, a Volvo CE Rents proprietary software program, training, facility design and regional and local marketing.

Asheville, N.C.-based Volvo Rents is No. 19 on the RER 100 and has franchise outlets in 22 states and Canada in North America.
