CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Sunbelt Rentals appointed Pat Connolly to the position of trading manager, or division manager, for the company's newly formed Inland Mountain division. The division allows Sunbelt — which had been concentrated on the Eastern seaboard before its acquisition of BET Plant Services last year — to grow its business.
“With the rapid expansion of Sunbelt locations on the West Coast, we decided to form [the new division] to concentrate our activity in Idaho, Nevada, Utah, and Arizona,” said Earl Rose, vice president, northwest region for Sunbelt.
Connolly managed a Sunbelt branch in Tempe, Ariz., and served as regional sales manager.
Sunbelt, No. 5 on the RER 100, has 180 branches in 26 states.
