SPRINGFIELD, Mass. — Equipment rental software provider Solutions by Computer has integrated its CounterPro software with e-FleetPro, the online parts-ordering and product-support system powered by SmartEquip. SBC users can now order parts and obtain service information over the Internet using Solutions' work order and purchase order programs.
SmartEquip's online system provides a single source for manufacturer service documentation, from an interactive electronic parts catalog to easily accessed operator manuals, troubleshooting guides, safety notices and equipment specifications.

Solutions by Computer has installed its software in more than 1,800 rental companies in North America.
