Shady Grove Shakeup Grove Worldwide, Shady Grove, Pa., has named Jeffry Bust as chairman and CEO following the resignation of Sam Bonanno, who joined Grove just after Keystone Inc.'s acquisition of Grove last year - about the same time Bust joined Grove Crane as president and CEO.

Meanwhile, Grove Manlift has named Joseph Danules as president after Donald Manvel resigned. Danules, who joined Grove from Volvo Construction last April, has been instrumental in growing sales to large rental customers, according to the company.

Grove Manlift also named Albert Nicholas as director of marketing.

Compaction America has appointed Charles "Mike" Simpkins as president. Simpkins, who joined Compaction America in 1991 and served as senior vice president of marketing and sales, will oversee Bomag Light Equipment Division, Binghamton, N.Y.; Bomag Canada, Mississauga, Ontario; and headquarters in Kewanee, Ill.

Diversified equipment manufacturer Terex Corp., Westport, Conn., has promoted Joseph Apuzzo, previously vice president of corporate finance, to chief financial officer. Terex Lifting Group also named Edward Samera as vice president of quality, product support and training for North America.
