FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — NationsRent recently signed a five-year lease on an 8.8-acre property that formerly housed a Mercedes-Benz dealership in Nashville, Tenn., the Nashville Business Journal recently reported. NationsRent signed a lease for 30,000 square feet, including a 20-bay service facility, the used automobile building and four acres of parking lot. Nations-Rent currently has offices across the street and plans major facility improvements before moving into the building in the coming months.
The property is located on a street that formerly housed a number of automobile dealerships and is now attracting more diverse businesses.
Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based NationsRent is No. 6 on the RER 100.
